The little match girl

Do you know the tale by H.C Andersen “The little match girl“? That was my inspiration for this look, which is a part of my first shoot with J. Lawrence Photography. We actually was out shooting again earlier today. Sneak peak are coming later today.
While shooting today, I actually realized, that I’m better at the quite melancholic and gloomy themes, than the happy ones. I find that really strange, cause I’m actually a very positive and vivacious personality.
The dress is one of my favorites, and I tend to use it way to often. It just always works. The socks and shoes gives the outfit a younger and more girly feel, just like The little match girl theme. The jacket is added for contrast.
